Phobias and fears
Emotional difficulties like depression, sadness, anger, and fear
Mental challenges such as anxiety, overwhelm, and stress
Negative past experiences
Self-limiting beliefs (e.g., "I'm not good enough," "I can't succeed")

Can MAP help with Chronic Health Issues?
Yes. Map alleviates the subconscious stress and traumas stored in the nervous system that contribute to or directly cause Chronic Health conditions.
Examples of Stressors and Symptoms:
EMOTIONAL: Depression (symptoms: fatigue, sadness, hopelessness, loss of appetite, overeating, loss of interest in life, sleep disturbances, trouble focusing, racing thoughts, etc.)
MENTAL: Anxiety, OCD, flashbacks, recurring fight/flight/freeze responses, brain fog, etc. Also includes repetitive intrusive thinking or limiting beliefs (e.g., "I can never get ahead," "Things never work," "Life is hopeless." "I'm not good enough," etc.).
PHYSICAL: Autoimmune disorders, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, hypertension, high cholesterol, arthritis, heart disease, diabetes, "mystery" symptoms, respiratory conditions, neurological conditions, IBS, etc. Any condition that necessitates ongoing medication, supplements, or management falls into this category.
How are MAP Sessions conducted?
Sessions are conducted through Zoom video conference. We begin with a brief conversation to get updates and decide on the session’s focus. I’ll then guide you into a relaxed state while you sit or lie down comfortably with your eyes closed. For most of the session, you’ll keep your eyes closed as I give instructions to your Superconscious, checking in with you along the way. Your role is simply to answer my questions based on your emotions and feelings, not your logical mind. That's it! Clients often describe the process as easy, soothing, and peaceful.
How long before I feel results?
The timeline for seeing results varies for everyone. Some clients experience noticeable shifts after their Intro Session, while others may require a few sessions. Generally, emotional improvements come first, followed by mental and physical changes.
For those dealing with chronic conditions or a significant trauma history, subtle progress is often seen after each session, with major positive changes typically occurring after 6 to 12 sessions. The cumulative nature of the sessions means benefits can appear even in areas not directly addressed.
After this initial phase, clients might continue with weekly or biweekly MAP sessions to resolve more issues or to focus on achieving their goals. Some may prefer monthly sessions to sustain and build on their progress. Others feel their concerns are resolved and move on to create the life they want.
What is the Superconscious?
The Superconscious is a profound aspect of our being that bridges the conscious and subconscious minds, and it has been with us since the moment of conception.
Unlike other parts of the mind, the Superconscious remains untouched by trauma, allowing it to facilitate healing in the areas affected by past traumas.
Many people refer to the Superconscious as their inner spirit, innate wisdom, or higher self, recognizing its integral role in our overall well-being.
Is MAP like hypnosis?
MAP, unlike hypnotherapy, does not involve hypnotic induction. In MAP sessions, clients remain fully conscious and in control throughout. There's no altered state of consciousness; clients are aware and active participants in the process.
Is MAP like EMDR or EFT(tapping)?
In the realm of healing modalities, the MAP Method stands out as a groundbreaking advancement.
Contrasting MAP with techniques like EMDR and EFT (tapping) reveals a key distinction: MAP's ability to neutralize batches of memories concurrently. While EMDR and EFT target individual memories, MAP capitalizes on the brain's organization of memories with similar emotional associations, streamlining the healing process.
Unlike conventional methods, MAP liberates clients from the burden of dwelling on traumatic memories or articulating intricate details to the practitioner. By simply recalling the memory, the brain absorbs all relevant information, facilitating a seamless transition from intense emotions to profound tranquility through MAP commands.
Furthermore, clients need not trace back to the original triggering event behind their current state. Any memory linked to the prevailing emotion suffices for MAP intervention, enabling comprehensive healing.
This distinctive feature of batch-processing memories distinguishes MAP, making it exceptionally efficient and potent in its therapeutic outcomes.
Is MAP like traditional talk therapy or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy?
While talk therapy offers valuable insights and teaches coping mechanisms, it may not effectively alleviate the intensity of traumatic memories. In fact, repeatedly discussing negative experiences can sometimes exacerbate feelings of distress or create a sense of stagnation.
Furthermore, active decision-making isn't a requirement in MAP sessions. Recognizing the rapidity of our unconscious mind compared to the conscious one, MAP operates without the need for deliberate intervention. By accessing the subconscious, MAP facilitates transformative outcomes without conscious effort from the client.
Engaging in lengthy discourse during MAP sessions is unnecessary. Following a brief discussion about the session's objectives, we embark on the process, harnessing the power of the Superconscious mind to effortlessly neutralize negative emotions, memories, and beliefs.
Will MAP work for me?
In most instances, yes. The MAP Method boasts an impressively high success rate, with less than 2% of individuals reporting ineffectiveness. Exceptions typically involve those who feel coerced into participating, harbor deep-seated doubts about its efficacy (our beliefs wield considerable influence), or are taking medications that interfere with emotional receptivity.
Understanding the intricacies isn't essential to recognizing efficacy. Just as we trust in the functionality of TVs, phones, and computers without comprehending their inner workings, we can trust in the efficacy of MAP.
Your Superconscious operates solely in your favor, ensuring a safe and gentle healing experience.
What if I don't feel anything after our session?
While the impact of MAP sessions can vary, the overarching effectiveness of the method transcends individual sessions. By instructing your Superconscious mind to continuously process memories between sessions, MAP ensures a steady and cumulative healing trajectory. This underscores the notion that MAP sessions build upon one another over time.
Personal anecdotes, as well as feedback from clients, underscore this reality. Frequently, issues dissipate spontaneously, even without direct focus during sessions. Clients may observe a decrease in road rage or irritations toward specific triggers, illustrating the pervasive influence of MAP's cumulative process.
Changes may manifest during the session itself, immediately afterward, or gradually in the days that ensue, illustrating the enduring impact of MAP's approach to healing.
