What is MAP?

Experience the MAP Method, a neuroscience-validated modality that rewires your neural pathways by leveraging the concept of neuroplasticity. By collaborating with your subconscious, we trigger self-healing while you remain conscious and participatory. Sessions are conducted over Zoom, allowing you to heal from the comfort of your home.

What is a MAP session like?

Our sessions are held on Zoom. We start with a few minutes of conversation before I help you reach a relaxed state. I direct your brain to neutralize the memories, emotions, and beliefs you want to let go of. Throughout the session, you stay fully awake and participating, just in a calm state while your mind works.

Hi! My name is Joseph Ng, but you can call me Joe.

I came to this practice seeking healing for my chronic illnesses (CFS/ME and CIRS [triggered by toxic mold]), and it became a pivotal factor in my journey to improved health. Before this, I struggled with severe anxiety, depression, and PTSD, often resorting to self-sabotaging coping mechanisms like addiction. My physical illness and mental and emotional challenges were rooted in a childhood of neglect and trauma, and by my forties, I had begun to lose hope.

Surprisingly, my illness led me to discover the MAP Method, which offers a profound way to process emotions and address subconscious stress stored in the nervous system. This method helped me transition  from a perpetual, "fight or flight" panicked state, ( a sympathetic dominant state) to  a more natural,"rest and digest", healing state (a parasympathetic dominant state).

I once struggled with anxiety, depression, brain fog, chronic illness, chronic fatigue, dysautonomia, self-limiting beliefs, panic attacks and low energy.

After trying many modalities, I realized subconscious stress was a key component preventing a balanced  and healthy nervous system to occur. This is major factor in mental and physical symptoms flaring up.

However, I didn't know how to resolve them.

The MAP Method brought immediate relief and continual improvements in all areas of my life.

Your journey begins with a free 20-minute phone call where we can connect, answer any questions, and determine if we’re a good fit. If we decide to proceed, you'll start considering memories or topics to bring to your Intro Session.

After our call and once you've scheduled your Intro Session, you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to a 15-20 minute video. This video is the first part of your subconscious brain training and must be watched before your Intro Session.

The Intro Session lasts 75 minutes and includes Part 2 of the subconscious brain training, ensuring your mind is fully prepared to MAP.

Prepared to start your MAP journey? Each 90-minute session offers plenty of time to tackle your concerns and explore interconnected issues. We'll work on processing emotions, memories, intricate patterns, behaviors, health concerns, and mindsets. We can also set goals and remove any obstacles preventing you from reaching them.
